How to deal with it.
I am sitting in a really quiet office, feeling lonely and homesick. Seems like a good time to think about everything I love about living in the US:
Mexican food
Pale Ale
Ripe avocados
Seaweed rice crackers

This evening I picked up something I had ordered from a store - never mind what, and from which store. I walked in about three minutes before closing time.
